“Where there is devotion, there is joy; where there is Krishna, there is love.”

The Janmashtami Celebration in the Pre-Primary Section of Gajera Vidyabhavan, Sachin was organised with great enthusiasm and devotion. The celebration introduced our little learners to the birth and life of Lord Krishna through colourful, joyful, and meaningful activities. The school campus was beautifully decorated with vibrant themes, flowers, and Krishna-inspired decorations, creating a festive atmosphere for the young learners.

The celebration began with a brief introduction to the significance of Janmashtami and the story of Lord Krishna’s birth. The little ones looked adorable dressed as Krishna and Radha, adding charm and excitement to the occasion. Their colourful costumes and cheerful expressions brought the spirit of the festival alive.

A special skit depicting the story of Lord Krishna was presented by the learners. Through their innocent expressions and confident performances, the children beautifully portrayed different aspects of Krishna’s childhood. Their graceful movements and joyful participation made the celebration lively and memorable.

The celebration also helped children understand the importance of love, kindness, friendship, devotion, and good values associated with Lord Krishna. Teachers guided the learners throughout the programme and encouraged them to participate confidently while learning about Indian traditions and culture.
