PTM December 2024

Today, Gajera Vidyabhavan Sachin organized a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) to discuss students’ academic progress and overall development. The meeting served as a platform for parents and teachers to collaborate, exchange insights, and align their efforts to support the learners in achieving their goals.

The day began with a warm welcome from the teachers, who highlighted the purpose of the meeting. Individual interactions with parents allowed teachers to share detailed feedback about each student’s performance in academics, behavior, and co-curricular activities. Parents were encouraged to share their observations and concerns, making the meeting a two-way dialogue.

A significant focus of the discussion was on identifying the strengths and areas for improvement for every child. Teachers shared strategies to enhance learning, improve concentration, and foster discipline. Parents were also briefed about upcoming assessments and events, emphasizing the importance of active participation and consistent study habits.

The meeting not only addressed academic concerns but also highlighted the importance of extracurricular involvement for the holistic development of students. Teachers shared updates about the school’s recent and upcoming activities, ensuring parents remained involved in their child’s educational journey.

The PTM concluded on a positive note, with both parents and teachers reaffirming their commitment to nurturing students’ potential. Events like this reflect the school’s belief in the power of teamwork and shared responsibility in shaping future-ready learners.

Such interactions reinforce the strong partnership between Gajera Vidyabhavan Sachin and its parent community, ensuring the collective growth and success of the students.
